Great news for the Potter fandom! Whoever said after film seven Harry Potter would die was wrong and should be burned at the stake! Warner Bros are in talks with author Melissa Anelli (webmaster of The Leaky Cauldron) to put her hugely successful novel, Harry, A History to the silver screen.

Our inside source tells us that John Noe is among the list of directors, as well as Mike Newell, Stephen Spielberg (who regrets not doing the Harry Potter films when offered in 2000), and of course Alfonso Cuarón.

As for screenwriting we’ve been told that Melissa will be working closely with David Heyman. There’s even been rumors that J.K. Rowling will jump on board to recreate some of the interviews, and a few other scenes. As for the rest of the cast, it’s still up in the air if they’ll cast actual actors, making it an “entertainment film” or recruit the actual gang and do a “documentary” style film. – More on this as it develops.

Due to budget cuts at work, we’ve been forced to take comp time (paid days off)… And this is what happens when we have way too much time on our hands.
